About PS Provider

A small company with a big impact.

PS Provider in Halmstad has been delivering solutions in RPA, AI, and intelligent automation to both the private and public sectors since 2016. We primarily work with the automation platforms SS&C Blue Prism, UiPath, and Power Automate, complemented by cloud-based AI services.

The vast majority of our more than 20 employees are based at our office in Halmstad, while some of our colleagues also operate from the Stockholm and Gothenburg regions. Our customers are primarily located in Sweden, as well as in a number of other European countries.

Automating manual processes is a highly effective way to quickly free up time. On average, our customers save seven working hours for every development hour invested already in the first year. And as the figures below show, that kind of return creates a significant impact.

How it works

Since 2016, PS Provider has implemented digital workers for around 70 organizations, across both private companies and public-sector organizations.

In this step-by-step overview, we explain how an automation project progresses from the very first step to a fully established operating model and organization—where continuous automation of manual processes has become a natural part of everyday work. Many of our customers have entrusted us to establish, develop, and manage their entire digital workforce journey according to this model.

In some cases, we have instead taken over responsibility for an existing automation environment, while in others our role has primarily been to initiate a long-term automation journey alongside supporting the customer in building their own in-house automation organization.
